From booking, to the time on the day, to you getting your final images.
Let's break it all down.
How it Works
Step 01
Getting to know you
Let's assume you're a new client, booking an hour session. I still need to know about you and what your aim is at the end of it all.
I'll commonly message you, either through Email, Whatsapp, or DM, but I am always happy to get a quick call in if you find this easier. Its also a great opportunity for you to learn more about me.
Now let's assume you're a new client, booking your wedding!
Of course you need to know who you're spending a good 80% of your wedding day with (assuming thats how much of the day you want capturing), so let's grab a coffee, or a slice of cake, (Maybe even a beer if that's your style!) and lets talk all about your big day, and how I can be a part of that.
After all that - Let's get it in the diary, an invoice & contract sent, and you're all good to go*!
*Once your non-refundable deposit is paid of course.
Step 02
Being your beautiful selves
This is the main event - The actual shoot.
Before any session you will get a full run down from me with all the finer things to think about
- Location
- Outfit
- Any last minute additions or changes
But this part is just your part to enjoy having your photo taken.
Step 03
Editing your photos
This is the hard bit for you. You have to wait.
I'M SORRY! But I promise it's so worth it.
The time line will be discussed with your booking terms, and I will always be transparent throughout this stage so you are up to date at all times.
Where possible, I will give you sneak peaks at the final images too.
Step 04
Finalising your images and galley
You will always receive a fully edited digital option, no matter which session you have. I will always share any pre-agreed finished digital images with you, alongside an un-edited, watermarked gallery for you to choose any additional images.
If you want more than your package includes, I have a price list for extras. and will work with you to help you get the things you're hoping for as a final product.
For any extra edits, we will agree a new time line and we loop back to step 3 until I'm happy I have produced the best for you and your photos.

Packages
These packages are the baseline of what I offer. If you have something else in mind, don't be afraid to ask.
Family Sessions*
Taking place over an hour, these sessions can take place in the studio (Limited to 6 subjects in studio), or on location.
These sessions are not structured, and allow children, (and childish adults!) time to have their most fun selves captured without pressure.
*Including cake smashes. Client is responsible for bringing their own cakes.
Session fee includes 5 digital images.
Starting at £150
Maternity Session
Taking place over an hour, these sessions can take place in the studio, or on location. Other family members, and precious pets are welcome to join in too. These sessions are more structured, with guidance on "poses" and positions that show off that beautiful baby bump. I recommend these sessions take place after your 30th week of pregnancy.
Session fee includes 5 digital images.
Starting at £180
Newborn Session
Taking an hour in studio, or up to two hours in your home, these sessions have a focus on your newborn, but with time dedicated to showing off proud parents, and can also feature siblings. These sessions are more structured to show off all those little details before your baby inevitably grows too quickly. I recommend these sessions take place before your baby is 10 days old, if you want the classic baby scrunch, but there is no timeline for cute photos.

Romantic Sessions
Taking place over an hour, these sessions take place on location and are perfect for couples/throuples, either to celebrate an engagement, or to just FINALLY have those photos of you that you have always wanted to celebrate your amazing relationship. These sessions are not structured, and are just abut you having fun!
Session fee includes 5 digital images.

Branding Sessions
Branding & Promotional sessions are perfect for small business looking to update their website and social media content. These sessions take place over a two hour slot, and take place at a location of your choosing*
*If it is not your business grounds, permission is required from the location prior to shooting.
Session fee includes 12 images.

Whether you want full day coverage, with two photographers, just part of your day capturing with just myself, or you happen to be planning a micro wedding, we can build a package to suit you and your day!

What happens if I need to cancel my session?Your session is booked with a non-refundable deposit. If you need to re-arrange due to illness, or other factor out of your control, I am more than happy to do this. This can be done ONCE only, before you lose your despot. If you have booked a newborn session and your baby is late, or you need to spend any time in the hospital or other care setting, again, I am happy to re-arrange without incurring additional fees. If I have to cancel your session due to illness or otherwise, no additional fees will incur for any new arrangements. If we have to cancel your session on location due to adverse weather, no additional fees will incur.

I want more final images than the amount in my package, can I add some more?ABSOLUTELY! There is a fee for any additional images you would like editing, to cover the time I spend making them perfect for you, but once chosen and completed, you will receive these the same way you received the other images.

I have booked a cake smash. Do I need to bring my own cake?Yes Please! Whilst I would love to take this little stressor away from you, I must insist you source your own cake, so I know you are catering to any allergies and dietary requirements.

What if you are sick on my wedding day?A horrible thought, but I promise you will never be left stranded. I am proud to have a great community of photographers around me, and I am confident I can have a photographer with you long before you say "I do".
